Our Story

The Firehouse Grill was founded in November of 2011 by two Auburn firefighters, Lieutenant John Roy and Chief Victor Mathieu.

With a lot of hard work, they converted the famous Andy’s Baked Bean Tavern into a neighborhood pub decorated with memorabilia donated by firefighters from surrounding communities.

In 2019, Gerry Gagne and Mike Peters purchased The Firehouse Grill and continue to provide great pub fare and bar service while honoring our brave firefighters, first responders, and others who keep our communities safe.
